When will my order ship?

Many of our items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 10 days for us to make and ship your order. Once we do, you will receive an email with tracking information.

My package was lost.

That is our worst nightmare. We try our best to package your handmade order safely. However, we cannot control what happens after we ship a package. 

Do you offer refunds?

We work hard to preserve the quality of our art. However if you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know. We can't always guarantee a refund, but we want to help make your experience a good one. 

We cannot offer refunds on clothing and accessories. They are made and fulfilled by a 3rd party who do not offer refunds. But please tell us if you are unsatisfied with the print quality, as we may be able to get them to reprint it for you.
