At this time we are not offering commissions. One day though!
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We use USPS as our primary carrier, with First Class or Priority Mail Service.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally.
What weight of paper do you use?
We use 70lb (100gsm) sketch paper. This paper works well with pencils. Some ink pens may bleed.
How do you count your pages?
We count our pages the same way Field Notes does. If a book as 60 pages, that means 15 sheets were folded in half to create 30 pages, making it 60 pages front and back.
What do I do if my package is lost?
If your package is lost in delivery, please e-mail us at contact@encanto.ink. We will check with our local post office to see what can be done. We cannot guarantee to ship you a new item however. We must handle each lost item on a case by case system.
My item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please e-mail us at contact@encanto.ink with a picture of your item within 7 days of delivery.
I broke the binding of my book. Can you fix it?
Yes! We will fix the binding of any of our books for free. Just pay for shipping.
